Curtis Pond is a lovely area surrounded by small camps and mainly summer time residents. This 76 acre pond has depths to 35 feet and is known for aggressive large mouth bass and vicious pickerel. The property has been surveyed and is ready to have a mound septic system designed. There is a real sense of Community in Maple Corners which has the Maple Corner Store and the almost famous "Whammy Bar'.
