The slip is next to last slip out on the right-hand side of the gas pump dock, making for a deep-water berth for either a power or sailboat, with easy navigation, accommodating up to a 22 foot long boat (per manufacturer's length per specifications), plus up to an additional three feet of length to accommodate a swim platform or outboard motor, for a total of up to 25 feet in length by up to a 8.5 foot wide beam.
