When I first visited the property it reminded me of the incredible memories of our family island, the views, the privacy, the ultimate in living on a lake with a community of people who share the same love of nature and water. The difference is that this property is indoor plumbing (our family had a 3 seater outhouse) brand new construction with beautiful wood interior, new appliances, wood stove, cathedral ceilings wrap around decks, new septic, and a large separate cabin. Building an island home is not for the faint at heart. Enjoy the years of quality work without lifting a finger except perhaps at the closing table. This is a place generations of memories can be built. Rattlesnake Island also has hundreds of acres of conservation land and the best panoramic views of the lake from high up.
